  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Ethnic and handcrafted products may have specific return restrictions due to their nature.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (including original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
